The Pocket Diet teaches you that controlling

There are no restrictions as to what you can eat as
long as you control your serving [portion] size. Using the pita pocket
will help you learn to re-size your meals and achieve success while
enjoying all your favorite foods.
Try to follow these 3 simple rules:
- Eat 3 meals per day using pita pockets to measure
the portion size of your meals (you can choose almost any foods).
Just make sure they fit into your pita pocket
- Eat 2 snacks per day (fruit, nuts, veggies, yogurt
or cottage cheese)
- Start and maintain an on-going 30-60 minute fitness
program
